Outside of your sessions, you will have different activities to help move the old habits out, invite positive habits in, define your new desires and plant new lifestyle changes in the spaces that needs it most.
This is a powerful process with guided meditations, daily application, and re-programmings. You must be ready for this type of work, because we don't play around!
